Online Bookings – NDA Training

Mental Health does not need to be a taboo subject. For far too long we have been told to suck it up, do not cry, its not a man thing to do. Just deal with it. Its none of our business. What do we know? Im sure they will be ok? Will they? We can help!

We at NDA First Aid Training Ltd are trying to remove the stigma and make a change for the future. Its important to talk, to share, to connect. All the things people tend to not do when things are a struggle. Its normally more ISOLATE, DISCONNECT, RUN AWAY, HIDE. ESCAPE.

We want to raise awareness, to help others, help others.

If you wish to discuss any of the above please do call us on 01494 958547.
