Would you like to join the NDA First Aid Training Team?
We are based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and are a family run business within the training industry. We have many years experience and are growing year on year not only our turnover but our courses offered, client base and team!
It was our dream when first starting NDA First Aid Training Ltd to inject our passion, personality and experience into running First Aid courses, making them fun, enjoyable and effective for those attending.
Having done this for many years it was a natural progression to then run courses in other subjects closely related such as Water Safety and Health and Safety.
I originally started off in the Leisure Industry working as a part time lifeguard whilst at University then to fulltime Management in local sports centres such as Wycombe Sports Centre, Court Garden Leisure Complex and Chalfont Leisure Centre so the Water courses such as National Pool Lifeguard Qualifications were part of my training for many years.
It was exciting to start teaching them as apposed to attending them and then our water course portfolio grew and we now offer many courses.

Health & Safety – NDA Training
We are always adding different courses to our portfolio for our clients and trainers, most recently First Aid for Mental Health qualifications, Open Water Lifeguard courses and more. If you can teach different subjects please make us aware and we shall then offer them to our clients.
Our dream is to be a one stop shop for our clients for all their training requirements.
Having come out the other side of Covid19 we are now extremely busy delivering multiple courses on any given day anywhere in the United Kingdom, therefore we are looking to extend our team. We are looking for several members of staff, see below.
- First Aid Instructors
- First Aid for Mental Health Instructors
- Royal Life Saving Society Trainers.
- Health and Safety Instructors
- Sales Staff
- Freelance Marketing and SEO specialists
We have hundreds of clients, mostly in the South East but also London with some nationwide contracts. We also have contracts in Scotland, Ireland, Wales and Gibraltar.
We cover a variety of different sectors, ranging from Schools to Local Authorities, Doctors Surgeries to Nurseries, Factories to Sports Centres and Hotels so each day/ course is different.
Competitive rates of pay and lots of work available. As flexible as you would like. This could work well around other commitments such as children, other jobs etc.
We are looking for individuals that are experienced, fun, charismatic and love the training industry. We like it when personalities shine through and we at NDA First Aid will do everything we can to support you in the role.
