Today (13th March 2024) we hit 300 positive Google reviews. We are so excited about this… It shows we are doing something right and allows others to check our services and standards before booking a course with us. Thank you to all that have left a review.
Everyone tends to check reviews so much more than they used too, allowing potential customers to see what existing customers thought of their experience.
The more positive the review, the better. The more reviews, the more consistancy.
Whether its for a Restaurant, a Painter and Decorator, a Training Company or Sports Club, reviews really help businesses.
Making us aware of your experience allows us to make changes when required but also allow others to feel more confident in booking their required service based on others feedback.

At NDA First Aid Training it is important for us to get as much feedback in relation to the courses we run, the services we offer, our instructors, our office staff and more. It enables us to know what we are doing well and give us an opportunity to improve where needed. We very much appreciate this.
We have always evaluated at the end of our courses via the trusty paper form we hand out to all learners. This has been done for over 15 years. This checks several elements such as venue, course structure, instructors delivery and more and gives our learners the opportunity to rate these elements and also give us some open feedback of what they liked, disliked, and suggested improvements.
As times move we still do the paper evaluations. This is a requirement from our Awarding Organisation TQUK to allow them to also check our standards, however we wanted to go digital as well.
We started off many years ago on our first review platform Business Free Index, then followed with Facebook, Trustpilot and lastly Google.
Google reviews were suggested by our good friend Adrian Sevume of SK Training and Development who works with us closely at NDA First Aid Training Ltd so we started to send out evaluation links to all learners. He has also made us a great QR code that people can scan before leaving a review.

At NDA First Aid Training we pride ourselves in the service we offer. If something goes wrong we will do everything possible to fix it.
